i stayed in a really nice room. it was a superior king room with partial sea view and pool access, which i thought was fab! the housekeeping staff were amazing, always ensuring everything was clean and tidy.
the room was quite small, which wasn't ideal. the service from the front office was not good. there were also not enough vegetarian options, a shame.

I found the staff to be very attentive. housekeeping was especially efficient. Solanki ensured the room was always super clean. the food selection was also excellent. There was plenty of choice available, and the staff were always ready to assist with any questions.
during my stay, i noticed that the rooms weren't entirely soundproofed. i could occasionally hear noise from people in the corridor, a little disruptive.
